Streatham Common Nature Reserve are looking for volunteers to help with the management of the wood and to increase the wildlife and biodiversity in the area.

If you enjoy being outside and getting fit go along – give it a go!

Today, there will be a tour of the wood and tasks include:

• Clearing

• Removing elm

• Dead hedging

• Fencing

Gloves and tools are provided. All welcome, no experience needed – just bring good sturdy boots and a smile.

All sessions start at 10am and finish at 1pm. Please meet at the Rookery Café @10am.

Trains: Streatham Common from Victoria and London Bridge

Buses: 118 and 249, 255

Note: Please do not attend any volunteering opportunity listed on this website until you have taken steps to meet with us and become registered with Hands On London.
