Taskforce4Nature are in need of volunteers at Holland Park to help look after their valuable wildlife habitat and maintain the conservation area. Come and enjoy areas of the park you have not seen before, learn about nature conservation and gain new skills. They meet every third Saturday of the month to help protect, conserve and enhance our most biodiversity-rich areas. It is a great opportunity
to get out and about, meet new people, get active, help local wildlife and have fun. Tasks in the past have included clearing vegetation, cleaning the pond out, scything and planting out.
Meet: outside Holland Park Café – closest entrance to the café is the Ilchester Place Gate
Please wear sensible shoes, it may be wet and muddy! Tea, gloves, tools and instructions will be provided.
Tube: Holland Park, Lancaster Gate or Marble Arch (Central line) or High Street Kensington (Circle line)
Buses: 31, 94, 148, 228, 295 and 316
Family Friendly! Parents are very welcome to bring their children along to volunteer but parents are responsible for supervising them.
Note: Please do not attend any volunteering opportunity listed on this website until you have received a volunteer information pack, signed the HandsOn London Membership Agreement and verified your ID.
