Oasis Farm Waterloo
We’re a community farm in Waterloo, a hidden gem just moments from the South Bank, and we’re looking for some volunteers with a couple of free hours a week to be:
Helping with gardening, cleaning, site maintenance & DIY. Handy with a hammer? Know your weeds? Or just keen to learn? This one’s for you!
We’ve got chickens, guinea pigs and a rotating cast of pigs, sheep & geese who need feeding and cleaning out. Love animals? Happy to muck in? Help us look after our animals for a regular morning or evening slot.
Drop into one of our monthly Saturday volunteering days, and work up a sweat turning compost, cleaning our buildings and mucking out animals.
11am-3pm, lunch provided
Tube: North Lambeth (Bakerloo line) or Waterloo (Northern or Jubilee line)
Buses 453, 53
Note: Please do not attend any volunteering opportunity listed on this website until you have taken steps to meet with us and become registered with Hands On London. Charities and community groups featured on our events calendar need to know that volunteers are registered and that their identity has been independently verified – they have requested confirmation of this via Hands On London. If you attend without being registered or approved, it is likely you will be turned away and have a wasted journey.
