Our volunteer programme offers local residents and service users an opportunity to develop new skills, build self-confidence and contribute to improving the quality of their neighbourhood.

We offer the space and support for volunteers to develop and gain transferable skills, to make new contacts and to become able to move on to new training and to seek employment.

RDLAC is an appealing hub for people interested in volunteering, whether it is with children or young people, older people or special interest groups.

Assistance is needed each Wednesday morning at the Computer Class, helping those with all abilities to use IT – helping local residents to use the internet /computers etc, to build their confidence and explore all that tech has to offer them.
